At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your UGG boots or accessories are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided prepaid shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
